Return Policy

For our valued customers, Soopsori offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee from the date of a purchase on every product we sell. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with the invoice attached.  We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without an invoice.

 

Refund Policy

For returns accompanied with a packing slip a refund will be made in the form of original payment for the price noted on the slip. Refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.

Soopsori also offers a 6-month limited warranty for every product. If the product breaks under normal usage or is defective, we will repair or replace the toy at no cost. However, Soopsori cannot be responsible for full or partial loss of a toy. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at support@soopsori.com or contact a customer service representative at 949-943-9104 to discuss the desired change. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If your order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse. there will be a cacellation charge up to $25.00 for the order.

 

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling. 

We can ship  to any valid physical address in the U.S and Canada serviced by UPS or USPS.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO(military) boxes and FPO(foreign) boxes.  

We offer free shipping on orders over $70 for ground shipping only.

Offer excludes AK, HI and other non-contiguous U.S. locations.
